Workshop Information
- A pre-workshop consultation to identify organization needs is recommended
- A LEAD self-assessment will be given to participants to complete before the workshop
- Workshops last 1-1.5 hours
- Workshops will include a variety of exercises teaching practical applications of the LEAD Model
