About She's Daring Mighty Things

Our Vision and Mission

She’s Daring Mighty Things is a movement that will propel undergraduate women to fully participate at every level and in every organization, they aspire to join. Because the challenges of today require all of us working together, we will prepare the rising generation of women to collaborate as never before, to be the builders of nations, organizations, communities, and families.

Our mission is to engage, educate and empower women in business.

Engage

Recruit women to apply to the Huntsman School of Business. Serve as a hub of information for current students. Engage alumni to serve as mentors and coaches.

Educate

Provide workshops and courses that develop curiosity, respect, and humility. Consult with leaders to remove obstacles that impede any student from full participation in the Huntsman School experience. Encourage experiences like conferences, competitions, and internships so that students can learn by doing.

Empower

Build confidence, connection, and communication skills. Partner with student organizations and professional networks that are working towards gender parity. Help students to recognize their aspirations and ability so that they can communicate this to recruiters, faculty, staff, and loves ones.
