Kaitlyn Radmall
President
Kaitlyn is a senior studying Finance and Economics with a Data Analytics minor. She has completed internships with J.P. Morgan Private Bank, Banyan Growth Partners, and University Growth Fund. Kaitlyn is interested in pursuing a career in wealth management. Originally from Logan, she loves playing on the ultimate frisbee team at Utah State, playing guitar and songwriting in her free time.

Emerald Spencer
Cohort Lead VP
Emerald is a rising senior studying Finance. She loves trying new things, traveling, and meeting new people. She likes to run and is currently training for a marathon. Emerald enjoys writing songs on her guitar and performs at Pobev. She continues to participate in DECA leadership. Emerald works in the Dean's office, when you see her be sure to stop and say hello.
Paul Johnston
Service/VP Professional Development
Paul is a senior studying Economics with minors in Business and Math. He is an undergraduate research fellow for the Center of Growth and Opportunity and plans to pursue a career as a university professor. When Paul isn’t at Huntsman Hall, you can find him outside rock climbing, playing pickleball, volleyball, or skiing. He loves to have deep conversations with everyone around him. Paul is from Highland, Utah.
Kallin Kelley
Recruitment VP
Kallin is a senior majoring in Accounting and Finance with a minor in English. He completed an internship with Davies and Allen P.C. and plans to become an attorney specializing in tax law and litigation. Kallin was born and raised in Heber Valley, Utah. Kallin enjoys being up in the mountains, on his bike, or skiing the slopes.
Max Hanks

Max is a senior majoring in Finance with minors in Personal Financial Planning and Real Estate. He's currently working as an associate financial advisor at Winward Financial and plans to pursue a career as a financial advisor and planner. Max is originally from Kaysville, Utah and loves Logan. He's the President of the Personal Financial Planning Club and a member of the USU pickleball team. He loves traveling, pickleball, volleyball, golf, and anything else that keeps him active and being with people.

Adam Smith
Logan Peak - Cohort Lead
Adam is a junior majoring in Business Management. He is an ASL interpreter, a big reader, and loves learning about leadership with the Covey Center. Adam is from South Jordan, Utah.
Brooks Heaps
Mount Magog - Cohort Lead
Brooks is a junior studying Accounting, Data Analytics, and Spanish. He has completed internships with Breeze Airways and FORVIS and plans to work in public accounting after graduation. He enjoys volunteering with international humanitarian organizations, making music with the Logan Institute Singers, and spending time with his nieces and nephews. Brooks is from Rigby, Idaho.
Caitlin Hadley

Caitlin is a junior studying Accounting and Marketing. When she isn’t working or doing school work she loves to play soccer, run, play pickleball, and snowboard. She loves to be around people and learn about their different stories. Caitlin is from Farmington, Utah
Casey Larsen
Soldier Hollow - Cohort Lead
Casey is a junior studying Accounting and Social Work. Her hope is that she’ll graduate USU prepared to make the world a better place. Casey is from Layton, Utah and loves reading, music, running, and anything that allows her to hang out with a cute animal.

Mount Jardine - Cohort Lead
Charles is junior studying Information Systems with an emphasis in Cybersecurity and Web Development. Having previously worked as an Ambassador for the Huntsman School of Business, he is passionate about the Huntsman school and USU! Following graduation, Charles plans to work as a cybersecurity professional for a major tech company. When he isn't at the business school or working at Chick-fil-A, you can find him on the slopes at Beaver Mountain or out on the lake with his friends.
Grace Engst
Millville Peak - Cohort Lead
Grace is a sophomore pursuing a degree in Finance with a Math minor. When she isn't studying at Huntsman Hall, Grace enjoys hiking with her dog, spending time at the ARC, discovering the best places to eat, and cheering on Aggie Basketball. She is from Cedar City, UT.
Isaac Olson
Mount Elmer - Cohort Lead
Isaac is a junior in the Huntsman School of Business. He is pursuing degrees in Finance, Data Analytics, and Economics. Isaac aspires to work venture capital or private equity. His internship opportunities at VC Internships, Old Main Ventures and University Growth Fund helped fuel his passion for investments and financial analysis. Isaac also spent a semester in Ghana as a small business consultant through the SEED internship from USU's Center for Entrepreneurship. Isaac loves playing guitar in a local band, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family. He is a lifetime Aggie and loves USU.
Izaak Garner
Steam Mill Peak - Cohort Lead
Izaak is a senior studying Information Systems with an emphasis in Cybersecurity. He is currently working in IT at Space Dynamics Laboratory. Izaak looks forward to a career in information technology where he will utilize the knowledge he has gained as a student scholar. He enjoys staying active, listening to books, being a member of the USU Esports Club, and spending time with friends and family. Izaak loves music and usually has his earbuds in. He is from North Ogden, Utah.
Gabe Taylor
Providence Peak - Cohort Lead
Gabriel is a senior studying economics and finance. He holds internship experience across the investment banking, venture capital, and alternative investments fields. Gabriel is pursuing a career in either private equity or entrepreneurship, finding himself passionate about the retirement technology industry. In his spare time, he enjoys reading (nonfiction, primarily) and hiking.
Josh Hall
Swan Peak - Cohort Lead
Josh is a senior studying Accounting. He is originally from Kaysville, Utah and was previously a Davis Dart. Josh is currently interning at Spartronics and is planning a career as a CPA in the audit space. He really enjoys to spend time playing intermural sports and watching the Aggies play football and basketball. He also really loves pickleball!
Kyden Lee
Mellow Mountain - Cohort Lead
Kyden is a junior studying Finance and Accounting . He is actively pursuing a career in the private market. Kyden has interned at various firms, discovered many passions, and views life as a grand adventure. He loves making connections and is involved in many clubs, organizations, and non-profits. Between studying and work, Kyden enjoys rock climbing, learning languages, and traveling.
Laura Mabey
Flattop Mountain - Cohort Lead
Laura is a senior studying Marketing. She is from Highland, Utah. Laura loves learning lanquages and traveling to new places. When she isn't at school, you will find her working on random creative projects, planning fun things to-do with friends, and enjoying time with her husband. Laura is always down for a Chick-Fil-A run or trying out a new recipe.
Lillian Vaughn
Beirdneau Peak - Cohort Lead
Lilly is a senior studying Accounting. She completed internships with BILT Incorporated, Adonis Auto Group, and Ernst and Young. Lilly is presently achieving her Master of Accountancy degree concurrrently with her undergraduate studies. She plans to work as a Certified Public Accountant after graduation. When she is not studying in Huntsman Hall, you can find her playing soccer, painting, reading, doing anything active and outdoors, and spending time with family. She is from Fort Worth, Texas, and is an enthusiastic foodie.
Marshall Rasmussen
Wolf Pass Peak - Cohort Lead
Marshall is a junior studying Business Management and Computer Engineering. He is on the USU track and field team. Marshall enjoys being active outdoors. He is always up for a quick frisbee game or a hike up the beautiful canyon. Marshall is looking to work in developing medical technologies, and increase the consumer access to medical information. He grew up on a family farm in Meridian, Idaho.
Nicole Sperry
Sun Dial Peak - Cohort Lead
Nicole is a senior studying Marketing. She completed an internship for Kimberbell Designs and had an opportunity to participate in the SEED program. She loves to play soccer and pickleball, spend time outside, and do things with her friends and family. Nicole grew up here in Cache Valley.
Paige Blair
Box Elder Peak - Cohort Lead
Paige is a sophomore studying Marketing and Public Relations. She has served on USUSA committees and organizations such as the Student Alumni Association and the Student Events Activities Committee. Paige is excited to serve as the Government Relations Council Marketing Director this year. Paige wants to start her own event planning business one day and has spent the summer planning and organizing community events for Draper City. Paige is from Sandy, Utah but has always considered Logan her second home. She loves making new friends and is always down for a dance party!
Peyton Graham

Peyton is a driven senior pursuing dual majors in Information Systems and Spanish. Peyton has a passion for helping people and making data driven decision. He actively participates in various clubs, including ProSales, Covey Leadership, Spanish, and DAIS.
Quinlyn Smith
Cherry Peak - Cohort Lead
Quinlyn is a junior studying Business Management and Political Science with a minor in anticipatory intelligence. She plans to pursue a career in national security after graduation. She is also actively involved in WIBA and the International Business club. Outside of pursuing her educational and career goals, she has a strong passion for humanitarian work and volunteering in her community. Quinlyn likes being active and enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding, hiking, and traveling. She is originally from Phoenix, Arizona.
Quinn Gerber
Naomi Peak - Cohort Lead
Quinn is a junior studying Information Systems emphasizing in Data Engineering. They plan to work with startups to help people achieve their dreams. Quinn loves to hike, to read, and play Mario Kart with their siblings. They’ll never turn down a challenge to better themselves and love trying new things. Quinn is from Eagle Mountain, Utah, though their skill in shuffling and dealing cards comes from their Vegas roots.
Tyler Rich
Doubletop Mountain - Cohort Lead
Tyler is a senior studying Data Analytics, Finance, and Economics. He is currently on the Product Management team at Juniper Systems and has developed a passion for helping people and companies succeed. Tyler finds joy in service and works with several nonprofits in the valley. He aspires to have a positive impact in and around his local community. Tyler is from Roy, Utah.
