Biography

Daniel V. Holland is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at Utah State University. His research centers on entrepreneurial motivation and decision-making with a particular interest in the factors that affect entrepreneurial persistence and resilience. Dan received his Ph.D. from Indiana University and his MBA and Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University. He also has 12 years of experience working in a variety of engineering, marketing, and management roles at EDS, Novell, Iomega, and Zero Manufacturing. Dan is married and has five children. His interests include sports, traveling, and trying to keep up with his kids.
