Keynote Speaker:

Carlos Garriga, Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Carlos's research has primarily focused on fiscal design and reform of social security and on housing finance, housing price dynamics, and residential investment. His published work has appeared in research outlets such as the Journal of Monetary Economics, International Economic Review, Review of Economic Dynamics, Economic Letters, Macroeconomic Dynamics, and the Journal of the European Economic Association, among many others.
