Biography

Chris Rigby Arrington most recently was a co-founder in 1998 of Quantum Media, a media consulting firm with offices in New York and Paris; as a Principal with that firm, she specialized in media diagnostics, operational overhaul and business and web development. Previously she held senior management positions at Consumer Reports, Scientific American, and the Taunton Press, where she was Publisher of Fine Cooking magazine. She also taught the core required marketing course at NYU in the Master’s in Publishing program, from 2006-2011. After earning an MFA from Columbia University and an MBA from Stanford, she was recruited into the prestigious “International Management Trainee” program of Gruner+Jahr, where she worked for seven years, in London, Hamburg, and New York.
