Kirk Gifford – B.A., Economics, 1987
Other Newspaper -- April 22, 2008 BYU Idaho News & Notes, New associate dean announced for college of Business and Communication: Kirk Gifford, a member of the Brigham Young University-Idaho Department of Economics faculty, has been named associate dean of the college of Business and Communications. "I'm honored to be able to serve the students, faculty, and staff of the college in this capacity and look forward to working with Dean Bergstrom as we continue the great work of Vice President Broadhead," Gifford said. Gifford replaces Robyn Bergstrom, who was named dean of the College of Business and Communications as part of the campus leadership changes announced on Thursday, March 13. "Kirk is very qualified and I am confident he will work with robyn Berstrom to represent the college," said Max Checketts, academic vice president. "I appreciate all Robyn has done while serving as associate dean and wish her continued success in her new role as dean." Gifford will begin his new assignmnet at the conclusion of Winter Semester 2008.
