Main Street Business Journal – August 7, 2006 Village Bank names Cottonmill management team. ST. GEORGE – Douglas G. Bringhurst, president of The Village Bank, has announced that DeAnn Betenson and Jeremy Beitler will work as managers a the bank’s new Cottonmill office. The new office is projected to open by mid-October.
"We are excited to add the convenience of the Cottonmill office," Bringhurst said. "We feel the need to provide easy availability of our services through conveniently located offices. The Cottonmill office will offer a full array of services."
"DeAnn Betenson, who has been a banking leader in Washington for several years, has been chosen to lead the office as manager, and Jeremy Beitler is an experienced lender with a great attitude. He will be available in the office to provide all types of loans."
Prior to working with The Village Bank, Betenson earned a general banking diploma from the American Institute of Banking. She has worked in the banking industry for 22 years. In her personal time, she likes running and spending time with her husband, Jeff, their four children and eight grandchildren.
Beitler obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree from Utah State University and brings eight years experience in the financial industry. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Kirsten, and their two children, as well as activities including backpacking, hiking and mountain climbing.
