The Cache-Rich Association of Realtors would like to extend our congratulations to the following 2013 award recipients: John Kerr, Parker Real Estate Services, was given the Presidential Award for his consistent promotion of the right to private property ownership. Larry Welsh, Coldwell Banker, Gold Key Realty, was given the Service Award for “going the extra mile” to help the Realtor Association, its members and the community. Roger Welsh, Coldwell Banker, Gold Key Realty, was given the Good Neighbor Award for his exceptional contributions to the community this year, through his cancer foundation “Cache Valley for Hope.” Mary Ann Grover, 1st Choice Realty, was given the Standard of Excellence Award for understanding and following the Realtor Code of Ethics in her real estate profession. Kathleen Burnett, ERA Advantage Realty, was given the Hart Award for going above and beyond the call of duty to help her clients and community. Stacey Leetzow, Hickman Land Title, was given the Affiliate of the Year Award for showing exceptional interest in the Realtor Association, and who has committed time and resources on its behalf. Cindy Cummings, Youngblood Real Estate, was given the Rookie of the Year Award as a newcomer to the field of real estate who has proven to be an outstanding Realtor in a relatively short period of time. Karen Bradley, Youngblood Real Estate, was given the Realtor of the Year Award, which is given to an outstanding Realtor who has consistently proven her dedication to clients, customer and the community.
