Global Learning Experience

Speaking of global – talent is now a global issue – how will you manage talent in 80 different countries around the globe? How do you develop a global team? What aspects of your talent system should be managed similarly across the globe to capture global efficiencies, and what aspects need to be adapted to the social, cultural and legal expectations of the country where workers live? All of these things must be managed within the organization’s talent system.

Student in both the on-campus and executive programs complete a global learning experience trip the week of spring break (executive students complete this their second spring semester).
