Intensive International Experience

A key component of the program is an intensive international experience, usually done in partnership with global firms. Students travel with a senior HR executive and a faculty member to multiple international sites, gaining a unique perspective on the challenges of HR in global enterprise.

AACSB Accredited

Accredited by both the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International (AACSB International). AACSB accreditation is achieved by only the most prestigious schools in the country. In addition, USU's MSHR is one of only 13 HR degree programs that are fully aligned with the curriculum guides established by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM, the world’s largest professional association devoted to human resource management).
