Mission Statement:

The mission of Lean Leaders is to develop operational excellence principles within students through application and educational opportunities to better serve their university, industry and community.

Vision:

The vision of the Lean Leaders is to provide opportunities for students to become future employees for operational excellence.  Provide resources for lean education and then use the Shingo philosophy, principles of operational excellence, to build upon their lean knowledge. Students will develop lean and operational excellence skills that are being required by today’s employers. 

Objectives:
