Kem Gardner – Chairman, Gardner Properties L.C.
Kem Gardner, a community builder who has developed some major projects in Utah, spoke at the Dean's Convocation on Oct. 18, 2006. Gardner is the president and co-founder and president of the Boyer Company L.C., a firm that has developed more than 20 million square feet of real estate projects, including The Gateway in downtown Salt Lake City.
