USU also has an award–winning student chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. Our student chapter of IMA provides professional experiences in the area of management accounting. USU’s IMA chapter has been awarded the Gold Certificate of Excellence each year since 1995. This organization is primarily for students interested in careers outside public accounting, such as in industry, not–for–profit organizations, governmental organizations, and business entrepreneurship.
