The board of directors of the Sunshine Terrace Foundation has announced that David Seria is leaving the foundation to pursue other professional interests. Seria was the human resource director at Sunshine Terrace for five years and became the chief executive officer in 2007. Board President Janet Osborne expressed appreciation to Seria for his dedication and commitment. Osborne noted that a succession plan is being implemented. The Sunshine Terrace Foundation offers a range of wellness, health, medical and social services on a continuum of care basis.
