The son of the late Stephen R. Covey will present a lecture Wednesday at Utah State University to mark what would be his father’s 80th birthday.
Stephen M.R. Covey, a businessman himself and author of the best-selling book “The SPEED of Trust,” will speak at a “Special Commemorative Dean’s Convocation” at Huntsman School of Business, the USU school has announced. The public is invited.
The death of Stephen R. Covey — the Huntsman Presidential Chair in Leadership who died after a battle with complications caused by a biking accident — was felt across the country and in the USU community. Covey made several appearances at USU as a full professor and even attended a Huntsman School faculty retreat one year, officials at the school say.
