Personal Biography:

Chad Albrecht recently graduated with his Ph.D. from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. For the last several years, ESADE has been ranked as the number one business school in the world by The Wall Street Journal. While attending ESADE he was awarded the prestigious AGAUR grant to cover all of his studies - including living expenses, travel, tuition and other expenses - for the duration of his doctoral program. At ESADE, Chad served as the president of the ESADE Doctoral Society and presented at academic and professional conferences in various countries throughout the world.

Prior to enrolling at ESADE, Chad worked as a licensed stockbroker for Harris, a subsidiary of the Bank of Montreal. Chad’s research focuses on international fraud and corruption from a humanistic perspective. He has published in several journals and co-authored two books. One of his books, a textbook on fraud, is used in more than 250 business schools worldwide. Chad also serves as associate editor of Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal, a peer-review journal by Emerald Publishing.

Chad is very excited to be a part of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. While visiting the school earlier this year, he was very impressed by the faculty, students and goals of the school. Chad is married to Jenny Lant and has two young daughters.
