Steve Peterson has successfully developed residential and commercial properties within the Salt Lake Valley over the last 20 years, with expertise that has specialized in entitling many of these properties. He spent two years to entitle 490,000 sq. ft. of office space on the 22 acre Millrock site in one of the most challenging and upscale cities within the State of Utah. Peterson is currently obtaining entitlements and master planning a 900-unit townhouse community located on 125 acres in Eagle Mountain, Utah.

Steve received two bachelor’s degrees from Utah State University. One in administrative systems in 1979 and one in speech in 1984. He and his wife, Chanin, reside in Salt Lake City, Utah.
