Kent Bracken

Kent Bracken is a senior manager at Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young Consulting). Capgemini is a global company that specializes in consulting, technology, outsourcing, and local professional services with offices in more than 30 countries. Kent manages large scale IT projects for Capgemini. He has worked on assignments in Singapore, Thailand, Switzerland, and Germany in addition to the U.S. and just finished a yearlong assignment in India. He received his Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University in 1977.

Kent supports the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business National Advisory Board Scholarship, the Ernst & Young Professorship and the Alumni Association. He joined the Old Main Society in 2003. Kent has sponsored events for the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business , recently hosting a dinner with business students and co-sponsoring a presidential lecture and dinner for alumni in Chicago. He has also been a member of the School of Accountancy Advisory Board since 2003.

While at USU, Kent was actively involved with Sigma Chi Fraternity, and he continues to support both alumni and undergraduate chapters in the Chicago area, including the recent reactivation of the Omega chapter at Northwestern University. He and his partner, Dan Diem, live in Evanston, Illinois.
