K. Boyd Baugh

Boyd Baugh founded Pivot Interiors in 1973. Pivot Interiors is considered one of the industry’s leading office furniture dealers. They were recognized as the largest Herman Miller dealer in the country. They have three offices located in the San Francisco, Pleasanton, and San Jose, California. Clients include most of the Silicon Valley success stories: Apple, eBay, Gap, Oracle, Roche, and Safeway to name a few. Clients are from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in every industry including healthcare, government, biotech, and education. The company provides services in facilities management and space planning through furniture selection, design, project scheduling, move management, and warehousing. They have recently begun offering asset and inventory management. Mr. Baugh’s son, Ken, is currently running Pivot Interiors. Boyd is past president of Office Furniture Dealers Alliance and served on its board of governors. Boyd also served on the board of directors for Independent Office Products Association, Employers Group of California, and Office Furniture Dealer Association. Boyd is a past president of the USU Alumni chapter in the Bay Area.
Boyd’s wife, Donna, received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education in 1968 from USU. They reside in Los Altos Hill, California. They support the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business National Advisory Board Scholarship.
