Western AgCredit is pleased to announce the promotions of Scott Poulsen of Smithfield to vice president
regional manager and Wallace Bowen of North Logan to vice president of product development. Poulsen is
responsible oversee marketing in the Northern half of Western AgCredit’s territory. Poulsen began his
professional career with Western AgCredit in 1982. During his years with the Association, he has also worked
as a loan officer, branch manager and as an appraiser. Poulsen has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and
business administration from Utah State University. Bowen will be responsible for the design, development and
implementation of computer systems for Western AgCredit. Bowen has worked for the Association since 1987.
Prior to his promotion, he served as the branch manager of the Tremonton Branch. Bowen graduated from USU
with a degree in agricultural economics and a minor in computer science.
